By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and order confirmation. Shipping times may vary based on product availability, and any guarantees or representations regarding delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal issues or forces beyond our control, for which we are not responsible. To shop at Pawutra.com, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Pawutra reserves the right to refuse any order if the product sale conditions are not met. Once you place an order and it is confirmed, the status of the sale will change to “Completed,” meaning the product has been handed to the courier and is on its way to you. By submitting your order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment method used, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the products.
SALES CONDITIONS
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order. We select the courier service that best guarantees optimal delivery in each region.
Remember, depending on your work schedule or home availability, it may be more convenient for delivery to be made to your workplace, a relative’s home, or another trusted location. Please consider this when detailing your order and delivery address.
CUSTOMS
When ordering products from the website for delivery outside of Spain, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when placing an order from the website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the products are received. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We want our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Pawutra will not be responsible for any delays or failures in performing our obligations under these conditions if such delays or failures are due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS
We work with different courier services and always provide a tracking code to monitor the status of your order during shipping. Please be aware that many countries may impose customs restrictions without prior notice or limitations due to COVID-19.
Therefore, once the order has left the international logistics center (Spain) and is en route to your country, any delivery delay or retention of the package is beyond our control as it depends on your country’s authorities. We always strive to ensure timely delivery, but some delays may be beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
The prices, offers, and benefits you can enjoy are highly competitive, and we ensure that all customers benefit equally.
All shipping and transportation costs INCLUDE VAT and are automatically calculated according to the shipping address.
- Spain and Portugal: Deliveries will typically be made within 4-7 business days (except for out-of-stock products due to manufacturer shortages).
- Other Countries: Deliveries will typically be made within 3-15 business days (except for out-of-stock products due to manufacturer shortages).
RETURNS
All products that enter our warehouse are carefully inspected, and a second inspection is conducted before shipping the product to our customers.
We ensure that the packaging and condition of non-prescription veterinary medicines are in perfect condition, and no alterations have occurred. We especially verify the expiration dates of non-prescription veterinary medicines.
Additionally, we have selected reliable courier services capable of safely handling shipments. For the transport of aquariums, terrariums, and fish tanks, we will always attempt to ship the product directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
However, please take note of the following:
- If the package shows signs of damage upon delivery, indicating potential compromise to its quality or safety, do not open it. Simply refuse to accept the package. It will be returned to us, and we will send a new one. Don’t hesitate to notify the courier of the issue.
- If, after opening your purchase, the product is not in perfect condition, please contact us for return instructions. If the product is in good condition but you still wish to return it (except non-prescription veterinary medicines, which cannot be returned or exchanged), contact us as well.
Refunds will be processed, deducting delivery costs (minimum €6) and collection and handling fees (minimum €15), without undue delay, and no later than 30 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, after receiving and verifying that the products are intact and in perfect condition.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for non-prescription veterinary medicines.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for products that must be kept refrigerated.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for zoosanitary materials.
PAYMENT
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and various local payment options. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be charged at the time of purchase.
PHOTOS AND COLORS
We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible on the site. However, manufacturers and laboratories may sometimes change product formats, designs, or colors without prior notice.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Your use of the website and any orders placed will be subject to the policies and terms in effect at the time of your use or when you place your order, unless changes to those policies or terms are required by law or government authority (in which case they will apply to orders previously placed by you).
